Areas of Practice

I choose to practice in areas that involve families, from beginning of life issues to elder issues: adoptions; helping individuals end well their inappropriate and harmful marriages; protecting clients and their children in custody decisions and juvenile court matters; executing pre-nuptials in order to protect assets for one’s children; powers of attorney, living wills, conservatorships, wills and trusts and probate.
